Roadmap
Current status
TradeLogger is currently in active development and is being built as the ultimate trading journal application for day traders and swing traders. The expected release date is the first half of 2026. We're working hard to create a powerful tool that helps traders improve their trading performance through detailed analytics and statistics.
Features for traders:
TradeLogger offers a comprehensive set of features specifically designed for manual traders. You can log trades with detailed information, including entry and exit prices, stop loss and take profit levels, and emotional notes about each trade. Strategies can be registered and linked to individual trades, giving you a clear overview of which strategies work best for your trading style.
The application automatically calculates advanced statistics based on your trading data. You can request statistics and filter them by various criteria such as strategy, timeframe, weekday, ticker, or a combination of these. This helps you recognize patterns and learn from your trading decisions.
A unique feature of TradeLogger is the ability to invite your trading mentor. Your mentor gets access to your trades and can provide feedback, which is essential for improving your trading skills and developing discipline.
Features for educators:
For trading coaches and educators, TradeLogger offers specialized functionality. You can add students to your account and track their trading progress. Lessons or sessions can be created and linked to specific trades or statistics, creating a structured learning environment.
As a mentor, you can review trades from your students and provide detailed feedback. This helps students learn from their mistakes and improve their trading performance. Additionally, you can view basic statistics for each student, allowing you to quickly see where improvement is needed and which students are making progress.
The planning
After the initial release, we will continue to expand TradeLogger with new features that further improve the trading journal experience. We listen to feedback from our users and continuously develop new functionality that helps traders optimize their trading performance.
Planned features for traders:
One of the most requested features is support for multiple broker accounts. This allows traders to manage all their trading activity in one place, regardless of which broker they trade with. This makes it even easier to get a complete overview of your trading performance.
We're also working on the integration of important news events on the dashboard. Traders will automatically receive notifications about important events such as earnings reports, FED interest rate decisions, and other economic events that may affect the market. This helps traders to be better informed and make better trading decisions.
Automatic import from brokers is another planned feature that will make logging a bit easier. Instead of manually logging all trades, traders can automatically import their trading data from their broker and manually log the additional data. This makes maintaining your trading journal even easier and ensures more accuracy in your statistics.
Additionally, we're working on the ability to save examples of perfect setups. Traders can save screenshots and details of successful trades as a reference for future trades. This helps in developing consistent trading strategies and recognizing profitable setups.
Planned features for educators:
For trading coaches and educators, there are also interesting features planned. Synchronization with own systems will make it possible to integrate TradeLogger with existing administration systems. This makes managing students and lessons even more efficient.
Additionally, there will be own statistics available for educators. You'll get insight into the number of students, average progress during the program, and other important metrics that help evaluate the effectiveness of your training programs. These statistics help you improve your teaching methods and better guide students.
